Although there are already a great many detailed Worldwide Brands reviews already published, there are not many reviews that compare Worldwide Brands with one of it's main alternatives – in this case Doba. So in this article I'm going to do just that – introduce both Doba and Worldwide Brands then compare them.
Worldwide Brands is the original directory of certified wholesalers and drop shippers – it was founded in 1999 in Florida and is still based there to this day. For a one off membership fee of $299, you can get access to the largest number of wholesale products from certified suppliers – at over 16 million as of 2018.
Doba aims itself at a similar market, but it's quite a different service. With a traditional directory like Worldwide Brands you can only search for suppliers and products – but must buy them separately and directly from each individual supplier.
This is good in some ways, as it means you can get to know them and negotiate down prices – but you must also commit time to managing your inventory and suppliers.
However, with a service like Doba you can save quite a lot of time. Doba is a marketplace for drop shippers (no wholesalers) to sell their goods, and you can search for and buy multiple products from a range of sellers at once – having the goods drop shipped direct to your customers as long as they live in the USA. It does cost more than Worldwide Brands though – at between $29 and $249 a month.
